Chance found several homes that would meet our needs. She arranged for viewings of five properties in one afternoon including one that was not on the market. She coordinated with the owner and me on various issues with prompt resolutions. We had one major contingency with getting a HELOC on our home. We found a local bank that gave us a loan with satisfactory terms and we were able to close the transaction promptly afterwards.

About Chance Hall
I am a lifelong resident of the Cumberland Plateau and had the privilege of working as a ranger for the Obed Wild and Scenic River National Park for six years and a season at Frozen Head State Park. These life experiences give me a unique knowledge of the area and all that this part of East Tennessee has to offer. I now enjoy helping other families find their place here and share with them all that it has to offer. When I am not helping others with their Real Estate goals, I enjoy time with my family doing all of the hobbies I love to share with them. I enjoy hunting, fishing, rock climbing, hiking, and most any other thing you can find to do outside.What I enjoy most about working in Real Estate is getting to meet people where they are in life and assisting them in getting where they want to be. Whether it is a growing family, downsizing, or unforeseen life changes I truly enjoy being able to help take people from from that dream and goal stage to the reality of home or land ownership.
